01 / Context

A major event with more than one edition.

Invest Expo is a leading international real-estate and investment exhibition in the Kurdistan Region. Its public site has to communicate the current event while preserving the scale and history of previous editions across Erbil, Baghdad and Ninawa.

I handled both the design and development, shaping the public experience and the system used to keep it current.

02 / The challenge

Build for this year and the years after it.

An annual event site can quickly become a rebuild cycle. Dates, locations, edition content, media and event information all change, but the organization should not need a developer for every update.

The site also needed to remain fast and responsive while presenting a large amount of event history and visual media.

03 / The platform

A reusable event system, not a one-year campaign.

I built the application with React and Laravel, including server-side rendering and a custom React dashboard. The content structure lets the team move from one event year to the next and manage the material around each edition.

  • Custom React dashboard for yearly event editions
  • Media and event content managed from one interface
  • Dynamic CMS backed by Laravel
  • Server-side rendering and responsive layouts
  • A timeline that keeps past editions accessible
04 / Why it matters

The website grows with the event.

The platform gives Invest Expo a durable digital home instead of a disposable campaign page. New editions can be published while earlier events remain part of the story.

For the team, that means more control. For visitors and partners, it means one consistent place to understand the event and its history.
