One order, several departments.

Sanad tracks orders as they move from sales to warehouse preparation and final delivery. It was built for WITS to give each department a clear view of the work that belongs to them.

I developed the backend lifecycle, role controls, reporting endpoints and the Nova administration experience.

Every handoff needs to be visible.

Order problems often appear between departments, not inside one of them. A sale can be confirmed while the warehouse is waiting, or a package can be ready while the driver lacks the latest status.

The system needed a dependable lifecycle with clear ownership at every stage.

A shared workflow with role-specific views.

I modelled the order lifecycle in Laravel and connected each change to the people who needed to act next.

A single source of truth for fulfilment.

The resulting mobile system replaced disconnected status checking with one shared process. Sanad shipped to both major app stores as a production order and delivery application.
